Cancellation Policy
- All requests for registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Organising Committee / Secretariat at [email protected].
- Cancellation policy for the Convention, State Dinner, Informal Night, & Annual Banquet:
- On or before 11th August 2026 – A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be issued.
- On or after 12th August 2026, or in the event of a no-show – No refund will be provided.
- On or before 11th August 2026 – A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be issued.
- All refunds will be processed within one month after the convention
- Any bank service charges, convenience fees, administrative fees, or applicable taxes will be deducted from all registration refunds for the MMA Convention and Scientific Congress 2026 & the 66th MMA AGM.
Terms & Conditions
- The registration fee for physical delegates entitles participants to attend the MMA Convention and Scientific Congress 2026 & the 66th MMA Annual General Meeting sessions physically at AC Hotel by Marriott, Ipoh.
- Registration is confirmed only upon the receipt of payment. Payment must be made according to the correct registration fee stated above.
- The registration is non-transferable.
- The MMA Convention and Scientific Congress 2026 & the 66th MMA Annual General Meeting organiser will not bear any responsibility for participants who have successfully registered, but do not attend the congress. Attendance during the event is the sole responsibility of the participant alone.
