Cancellation Policy
1. Any request for cancellation of registration must be in writing to the congress secretariat via email: [email protected].
2. Cancellation received on or before 06 August 2024 – 50% of the registration fee paid will be refunded for the congress and dinners.
3. Cancellation received after 06 August 2024 or NO show – no refund will be made.
4. All refunds will be processed within one month after the congress.
5. Any bank service charges/ convenience fee/ administration fees/ taxes will be deducted from all MMA Convention and Scientific Congress 2024 & the 64th MMA AGM registration refunds.
Terms & Conditions
1. The registration fee for virtual delegates entitles participants to attend the selected individual virtual MMA Convention and Scientific Congress 2024 & the 64th MMA Annual General Meeting sessions, and access to recorded lectures for 90 days after the congress.
2. The registration fee for physical delegates entitles participants to attend the congress physically at the Riverside Majestic Hotel and post-event access to recorded lectures for 90 days after the congress.
3. Registration is confirmed only upon the receipt of payment. Payment must be made according to the correct registration fee stated above.
4. The registration is non-transferable.
5. The MMA Convention and Scientific Congress 2024 & the 64th MMA Annual General Meeting organiser will not bear any responsibility for participants who have successfully registered but do not attend the congress. Attendance during the event is the sole responsibility of the participant.
